The Team
A small firm on purpose. You'll know everyone's name, and the person you meet first is the person who stays on your file.Founder
Steven Kuza, CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®
CEO & Wealth Management Advisor
Steven Kuza and his wife Sarah are raising three children, Tomas, Sonjia, and Marcus, in Michigan. Faith and family are the foundation of how he lives and how he works, and most of what he is building comes back to a single goal: helping other families live with security and purpose. That goal became Kuza Wealth Partners, a firm built to help successful families, business owners, and dental practice owners build, protect, and pass on wealth with clarity.
Steven founded it around a simple idea: most people don’t need more financial products, they need one coordinated plan and someone to quarterback it. That is the model. Kuza Wealth sits at the center of a client’s financial life and coordinates the specialists around it, tax, legal, valuation, practice transition, estate, and insurance, so every decision points in the same direction. The aim is financial clarity, because clarity is what lets people live boldly instead of guessing.
In the business since 2009, Steven holds the CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, and RICP® designations. The firm serves accomplished professionals and dental practice owners who have outgrown simple investment management and need planning that connects accumulation, risk, tax, retirement income, and legacy into a single roadmap. The philosophy is steady and long-term. Face the present honestly, keep faith in the goal, and move with diligence rather than haste. That diligence runs through every category of the plan, investments, tax, protection, retirement income, and legacy, so nothing gets left to chance.

Brandon Landry, RICP®
Chief Operating Officer & Financial Advisor
Brandon and his wife, Vanessa, call Michigan home. Time with family and friends shaped how he thinks about success - not as a number, but as the freedom to create meaningful experiences with the people who matter most. That belief is the foundation of how he works: helping clients make financial decisions that support the life they want, today and decades from now.
He works with families, business owners, corporate executives and people preparing for retirement who want more than investment management. His role is to find the missing pieces, connect them into one strategy, and make complex decisions simple enough to act on.
His planning philosophy starts with outcomes rather than products. Define what life should look like years from now, then reverse engineer the decisions that belong in this chapter. He often describes life as a series of chapters - what you choose in this one shapes what is available in the next.
Brandon works across every major piece of the plan: wealth management, risk protection, tax-efficient planning, retirement accumulation, income and distribution strategy, and legacy. For business owners he also covers succession and exit planning, key-person and business protection, business valuation, and lining up personal and business wealth as one picture.
Before financial planning, he spent more than a decade in the automotive industry managing global business relationships, including two years living and working in Japan. During the pandemic he built and sold a small business. That background gives him a practical read on what executives and owners are actually deciding between. He holds his securities and insurance licenses and the Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation.
